![]() No Hazardous Materials shall be Handled by Tenant at or about the Premises or Property without Landlord's prior written consent, which consent may be granted, denied, or conditioned upon compliance with Landlord's requirements, all in Landlord's absolute discretion. Tenant agrees to deliver promptly to Landlord any notices, orders or similar documents received from any governmental agency or official concerning any violation of any Environmental Laws or with respect to any Hazardous Materials affecting the Premises or Property.
